After you complete online registration, print out and sign your registration forms. Bring your camp fee, along with a signed copy of the registration forms, to the registration desks at the Knight St. or Fraser Lands Campuses on the following Sunday.

The camp fee is $215. Payment will be accepted by cheque (payable to VCAC) or by cash (exact amount please) at either campus on Sundays at 10:30 and 12:00. Registration forms will be accepted only if they are completed
and accompanied by full payment. If you have difficulty with funds, please speak with Pastor Larry before submitting your registration.
Registration is non-transferable.

Registration deadline is May 29. . Early registration starts April 30 and continues until May 8 for VCAC teens and their guests only. General registration continues until May 30. Late registrants must contact Pastor Larry either
via email, or by phone through the church office.

Do NOT bring any electronics! All electronic items will be confiscated for the duration of the camp with no guarantee that they would be kept safe.

Teens' Camp - June 30 to July 3
Additional details on transportation will be provided to campers after registration. Expect a call from your cabin counsellor
Capernwray Bible Centre, Thetis Island
When your cabin counsellor calls, please:
- Verify the grade that you have just completed. This is the grade that you will be receiving a report card for.
- Tell him or her about any medical problems you may have had in the last month (e.g. additional medication, or if you have been to the hospital for any reason).
- Ask him or her if you should bring a sleeping bag and / or a sleeping mat.
Transportation:
- All teens will meet at Fraser Lands on Thursday, June 30th at 7:30 AM. Bus leaves at 9:00 AM.
- All teens will arrive at Fraser Lands on Sunday, July 3rd at 8:00 PM. Please pick up your teen at this time.
- The address of Fraser Lands is 3330 Marine Drive.
Pack:
- Bag lunch for Thursday!
- Extra money for dinner on the ferry ride back on Sunday, snacks, souvenirs, etc.
- Pack light! Please restrict your baggage to one bag/suitcase AND one knapsack
- Bring Only as much as you can carry yourself
- See the "BRING:" section below for suggestions on what to pack.
Camp Rules:
- You must attend all meals.
- You must maintain proper hygiene.
- You must attend all talks, activities, workshops, cabin chat times.
- Stay in the camp grounds at all times.
- No guys in the girls' living areas. No girls in the guys' living areas.
- Gym will be closed after 6:30pm.
- If you are spotted using electronics during any official sessions, they will be confiscated for the duration of the camp. (e.g. iPod, mp3 players, PSP, DS, etc).
- Smoking, illegal drugs, weapons and lighters/matches are strictly prohibited.
- Waterfront is off limits except during designated times.
- You must adhere to lights out time as stated in camp booklet.
- Pranks need to be approved by Bobby Ning, Pastor Larry, or Pastor Inho along with the head counselor of your grade.
- If you are injured, or you see anyone else who is injured, notify Teens Camp Staff immediately.
- Breach of any of the rules may result in immediate expulsion from camp at your own expense. (Currently $300)
- These rules may be subject to change as per discretion of camp director and camp pastor.
BRING:
- Bible
- pen/pencil
- water bottle
- towels
- toiletries (don’t forget your toothbrush!)
- casual clothing
- appropriate footwear (eg. runners, hikers, beach and/or shower sandals)
- swimsuit and beach towel
- any medication you need (painkillers, antihistamines, etc.)
- sunscreen and sunglasses
- insect repellent and after-bite lotion
- flashlight
- A POSITIVE AND ENTHUSIASTIC ATTITUDE!!
- Clothing attire: Only one piece swimsuits will be acceptable and modest shirts are mandatory. (Spaghetti straps and halter tops are not appropriate.) We reserve the right to ask a camper to change his/her clothing if it is
deemed inappropriate.

- electronic games
- water guns
- knives
